About Cuddly Family Companions
Cuddly Family Companions is a family-run dog breeding program in Greens Fork, Indiana, owned by Leroy and Becky Ann Esh. Their program is built around family involvement, daily care, and a love for raising well-socialized puppies who can become cherished companions in their new homes.
Leroy and Becky Ann began raising puppies in 2021, starting with Yorkies. After growing to love the breed, they expanded their program to include Shih Tzus, Mini Schnauzers, Cavaliers, and Great Danes. Today, Cuddly Family Companions helps families looking for thoughtfully raised Yorkie puppies, Shih Tzu puppies, Mini Schnauzer puppies, Cavalier puppies, and Great Dane puppies in Indiana.
Animals have always been an important part of Leroy’s life. He grew up on a dairy farm and continues to enjoy working with horses, raising horses, and providing farrier services. That lifelong experience with animals has helped shape the way he approaches dog breeding—with patience, responsibility, and steady respect for each animal in his care.

A Family Effort: Raising Well-Socialized Puppies in Indiana
Family is at the heart of Cuddly Family Companions. Leroy and Becky Ann have six children at home who help with the dogs, making puppy care a true family effort. Their puppies benefit from regular handling, family interaction, and the everyday sights and sounds of a busy home environment.
Their puppies also receive intentional early socialization, including early neurological stimulation during the first days of life. As they grow, puppies are given opportunities for outdoor play when weather allows, while the adult dogs receive daily exercise. This consistent, hands-on care helps puppies grow with confidence as they prepare for life with their future families.
One of Leroy and Becky Ann’s greatest joys as breeders is seeing their puppies join loving homes. They enjoy raising each puppy and knowing that the care given at Cuddly Family Companions can help create a lasting bond between a puppy and its new family.

Whelped in a clean, climate-controlled whelping area and monitored closely.
Daily handling and developmentally appropriate exposure — sounds, surfaces, people — building a confident, calm adult.
Weaning is complete, and puppies are starting to learn to go potty outside.

Every breed we raise comes with its own known health considerations, and we take them seriously. We are intentional about our dam and sire pairings, and both parents complete health screening before any litter is planned.
