Puppy Updates & WaitlistThese puppies have officially found their forever families. Future litters are planned with the same focus on health, temperament, and family companionship.

Resources and services we recommend to our puppy families.
We're Leroy and Becky Ann Esh, and we raise our puppies inside our home in Greens Fork, Indiana — with daily handling. Our six children help with the dogs, so a puppy here grows up with the everyday noise of a busy household from the first week. By the time yours goes home, being part of a family is the only thing he has ever known.
The puppies listed above are real, already born, and available now. We keep the program small on purpose — one or two litters at a time — so the list changes as puppies find their families. If nothing above is the right match, join the waitlist and we'll tell you the moment a litter is planned.
Prices depend on the breed and the litter, and every one is shown on the puppy's own page above — you'll never have to ask us for a number we haven't already published. As a rough guide, our Shih Tzu and Mini Schnauzer puppies are the more affordable end of our program, and Great Danes and Yorkies the higher end.
A $600 deposit reserves your place. It's fully refundable for 48 hours, it can be transferred to a different puppy or an upcoming litter, and it goes toward your puppy's price — it isn't an extra fee on top.
There are two ways to wait, and neither is wrong. The free waitlist simply means we let you know when a puppy becomes available — no payment, no obligation. The priority waitlist is the $600 deposit, which reserves a particular puppy for your family rather than simply being told when one is available. Ask us anything before you place one. We'd rather answer twenty questions now than have a family end up with the wrong puppy.
Our puppies stay with us until they're ten weeks old rather than leaving at eight. Those extra weeks with their mother and littermates make a real difference in how steady a puppy is when everything changes at once — and they give us time to get crate and potty basics started, so you're not beginning from zero on night one.
While you wait, you'll hear from us. We send updates as your puppy grows, and we're glad to talk on the phone before go-home day.
We're at 7507 Foland Road in Greens Fork, in Wayne County, eastern Indiana — an easy drive from Richmond, New Castle, Muncie and Indianapolis, and close enough to the Ohio line that families from Dayton and Eaton come to us too. Visits are welcome by appointment, Monday through Saturday. We'd honestly rather you came: you get to see where your puppy was raised and meet the parents.
If you're further out, reach out anyway. We can talk through delivery or a mid-way meetup, along with what that would cost for your specific location.
Great Danes are the gentle giants of the group — calm, deeply attached to their people, and far less demanding of exercise than their size suggests. They need room, a budget that accounts for a big dog, and someone home enough to keep them company.
Miniature Schnauzers are bright, sturdy and low-shedding, and they suit a busy household well. The trade-off is grooming — that beard and coat need regular clipping.
Shih Tzus are companion dogs through and through, happy in an apartment and happiest in your lap. A long coat means daily brushing, or a shorter puppy cut if you'd rather.
Yorkies are small, confident and full of personality — big-dog character in a little frame. They're a good fit for a quieter home, and worth thinking twice about around very small children simply because of their size.
Not sure? That's normal, and helping you decide is part of what we do. Tell us about your household and we'll be honest about which one we'd put in your home — including if the answer is "not yet."
Leroy grew up on a dairy farm and still works with horses, and that lifelong experience with animals shapes how we do this — patiently, and with respect for each dog in our care. Every litter follows the same path: Early Neurological Stimulation in the first days, then weeks of daily handling and steady exposure to household sights and sounds, then crate, potty and leash basics before go-home day. You can read the whole thing on our adoption process page.
Each puppy has its own go-home date, shown on that puppy's page.
Our puppies are raised with daily care in Greens Fork, IN, with daily human interaction and early socialization to help them grow into confident, well-adjusted companions.
A $600 deposit reserves your puppy. It is fully refundable within a 48-hour window, can be transferred to reserve another puppy or an upcoming litter, and is applied toward your puppy's price.
Every puppy goes home with a veterinary exam and health certificate, age-appropriate vaccinations, a completed deworming protocol, microchip registration, a puppy starter kit and blanket carrying their litter's scent, and a 30-day Peace of Mind Health Guarantee plus a 2-year genetic health guarantee — along with our ongoing support after you bring them home.
Yes — with proper socialization and training, our puppies make wonderful additions to families of all kinds. We get to know your household during the reservation process so we can match you with a puppy whose temperament fits your family.
Reach out and we can talk through delivery or a mid-way meetup for out-of-area families, along with any additional cost for your specific location.
If no current puppies fit your needs, you can reserve a spot on an upcoming litter and join the waitlist so you're among the first to be offered your perfect match.
We have puppies available now across four breeds, and the right match matters more than a fast one. The first step is just a conversation — no deposit, no commitment.
Tell us what you are looking for and we will reach out to talk it through — whether a Great Dane, Miniature Schnauzer, Shih Tzu or Yorkie suits your household, timing, and what to expect. Puppy Updates are how families hear first when puppies are ready, and a $600 deposit reserves your place on our priority waitlist, refundable for 48 hours and applied to the price.
